Google Nexus One Phone could be announced Jan. 5
ctitanic | December 30, 2009My fellow MVP Chris already posted about this one and I agree with him, without a keyboard it’s not that appealing. But… there are some rumors out there about Google “subsidizing the device cost through mobile advertising”. If you are getting the phone with a very low price and you don’t pay for the adds… You may forget the lack of keyboard. Do not you think?
Google has scheduled a press event for Tuesday, January 5 at its Mountain View, California, headquarters. Though the company hasn’t mentioned Nexus One, the invitation mentions Android, Google’s mobile operating system for phones, and the company is widely expected to show the device that has had Smartphone industry watchers buzzing for weeks.
